Oriental Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 c. beef bouillon
    2 green peppers, diced
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
    Brown meatballs thoroughly.
    Remove meat balls; drain oil.
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Add bouillon, green pepper and pineapple.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients; add to skillet.
    Cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
    Add meatballs.
    Cover; simmer 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
    Yields 6 servings.
