Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small zucchini, sliced in 1/4 to 1/2-inch slices
    1 egg, beaten
    seasoned bread crumbs
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Peel zucchini and slice.
    Dip each slice in beaten egg with 1 tablespoon water.
    Then dip in seasoned bread crumbs and fry in oil until brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
