Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thick mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped capers
    1 Tbsp. chopped cucumbers
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. minced parsley
    1/2 Tbsp. scraped onion
Preparation
    Fold ingredients through mayonnaise and chill to blend flavors.
    Serve with hot fish or with meat.
    Also good with fish salads.
    Makes 1 1/4 cups of sauce.
