Dove Feast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    apples, unpeeled and diced
    onions, diced
    celery, diced
    dove breast
    margarine
Preparation
    Cut up meat and coat in a mixture of flour, ginger, salt and pepper.
    Brown on all sides in hot oil.
    Put browned meat in a large covered casserole dish.
    Add 3/4 cup hot water.
    Cover and put in 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
