Chocolate Cherry Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/3 c. cut up nuts
    1/3 c. maraschino cherries, well drained
    1 1/4 c. coconut
Preparation
    Stir chocolate chips and evaporated milk in heavy 2-quart saucepan over low heat until melted. Take off heat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and chill.
    Roll teaspoons of mixture in coconut.
    Chill 4 hours.
    Keep chilled.
    Makes 2 dozen.
