Kentucky Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (32 oz. each) cans tomato juice
1 c. water
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans, undrained
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
Preparation

In skillet, brown ground beef and onion.
Drain and set aside. In kettle, combine tomato juice, water, chili beans, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir in beef mixture; simmer an additional 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti; drain and stir into chili.
