Chicken In Sweet Milk Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1/4 c. corn meal
    2 1/2 c. milk
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken; roll in corn meal and brown in a skillet.
    Remove from skillet and pour off excess grease.
    Leave enough to make gravy.
    Add 1/4 cup meal, salt and pepper to grease.
    Brown.
    Add 2 1/2 cups sweet milk.
    Put chicken back in gravy and simmer about 15 minutes.
