San Francisco Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. thin strips sirloin
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. apple jelly with 3 Tbsp. lemon juice added
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    16 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables*
Preparation
