Sin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 stick softened margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. nuts (if desired)
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    2 or 3 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour water over oats and let stand 10 minutes.
    Stir in sugars and margarine.
    Add eggs, dry ingredients and 1/2 package chocolate chips.
    Mix rest of chips and nuts; sprinkle over cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
