Greek Omelet For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/4 c. crumbled Feta cheese (1 oz.)
    1/4 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    2 tsp. dried mint leaves, crushed
    dash of pepper
    3 or 4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
    In same pan, combine spinach, cheeses, onion, mint and pepper.
    Heat through over low heat, stirring occasionally.
