Saucy Peas And Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. julienne cut zucchini
    1 Tbsp. diced pimiento
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas with butter in a pouch
Preparation
    Place unopened pea pouch in vigorously boiling water in saucepan; do not cover.
    Bring to a boil; boil rapidly for 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, simmer zucchini in 2 tablespoons water until water is reduced and zucchini is tender.
    Stir in pimiento and peas.
    Makes 4 servings.
