Impossible Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. (or more) crabmeat
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Blend Bisquick, butter, milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Blend well. Pour into pan. Sprinkle crabmeat on top and push it down. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
