Sour Cream Yeast Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 egg, beaten
2 cups all-purpose flour
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small sauce pan.
Cook until melted. Cool.
Dissolve yeast in water for 5 minutes.
Stir sour cream mixture and egg into yeast.
Gradually add flour.
Knead. Then put in greased bowl.
Let rise until doubled.
Roll out as desired.
Let double and bake at 350\u00b0.
Start in cold oven. Makes one loaf.
