Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
dash of salt
1 c. milk or half milk-half water
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine cocoa, sugars and salt.
Add milk and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves and mixture is boiling.
Add butter and vanilla.
Continue cooking until thickened somewhat and creamy.
Remove from heat.
Serve warm on plain cake or ice cream.
