Ingredients

2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped nuts
4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine flour, soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 12 dozen 2 1/2-inch cookies.
A very delicious, soft and chewy cookie.
