Peachy Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Drain peaches; cut into small pieces.
    Mix all ingredients just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 35 minutes or until done.
    Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
    Makes 12 large muffins.
