Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. spice cake mix
1 c. quick cooking oats
2 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheets.
Combine cake mix, oats and oil in a large bowl.
Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool 1 minute on a cookie sheet.
