Lois Murray'S Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 3/4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix and sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat egg.
Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Add milk and flour alternately to the egg and sugar mixture.
Add chopped nuts, black walnuts or pecans.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Let stand 20 minutes, then bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
