Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
    salt
    pepper
    croutons
Preparation
    With mixer, combine butter and flour.
    Add eggs; beat well. Add Ricotta cheese; beat well.
    Add Cheddar cheese and stir.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish; top with croutons.
    Place casserole in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
