Bread Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cake compressed yeast
5 Tbsp. oil
3 1/8 c. flour
butter
coarse salt
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water in large bowl.
Add oil. Stir in flour gradually, mixing thoroughly.
Cover.
Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk.
Roll out dough into pencil thin strips; cut into sticks.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Dip sticks in butter.
Sprinkle with coarse salt.
Let rise in warm place until light.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden.
Garlic or onion may be used to season.
