Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    1 large chopped onion
    1 large chopped green bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. catsup
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 cans black-eyed peas
    2 lb. ground meat
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage
Preparation
    Brown meats; add other ingredients and simmer until fairly thick.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
