Oven French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 French bread, cut up or slice bread
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 tsp. salt
    confectioners sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 or 2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Arrange bread in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Mix milk, salt, eggs, sugar and cinnamon. Dip bread in mixture and put on pan. Drizzle remaining egg mixture over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake on a preheated greased cookie sheet. Bake at 500\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then turn over bread and bake 4 more minutes. Sprinkle confectioners sugar over bread after baking and serve.
