Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked
    salt and pepper
    1 grated carrot
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 stick Parkay margarine
Preparation
    Mix squash, salt, pepper, carrot, sour cream, soup and onion. Melt butter and combine with dressing mix.
    Put half of dressing mix in 2-quart rectangular baking dish.
    Pour on squash mixture and then add the rest of the dressing mix.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
