Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. or 15 oz. carton Ricotta
    1 egg
    parsley
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
    your own Italian sauce (Ragu or Prego)
Preparation
    Cook noodles until just firm.
    Mix Ricotta cheese with egg, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
    Add a little salt and pepper to taste.
