Stuffed Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. nutmeats
    1/4 c. chopped cucumbers
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. white cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. French dressing
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Carefully wash and peel the tomatoes.
    Mix the filling together in the order given, blending well.
    Cut tomatoes in tenths, cutting through the tomato almost to the bottom.
    Place on a crisp leaf of lettuce and pile the stuffing onto the tomato. Makes 6.
