Cottage Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry salad dressing (French type)
    1 Tbsp. minced chives or green onions
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/4 c. ice water
Preparation
    Sieve cottage cheese.
    Add seasonings, chives and lemon juice. Whip nonfat dry milk and ice water until stiff.
    Combine with cheese mixture.
    Chill.
    Serve on salad greens or use as a dip for raw vegetables.
    Makes 2/3 cup.
