Steak Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 onion
    1 round steak, cut into bite size pieces
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and mushrooms in butter.
    Stir in flour. Add 1 cup water, bouillon cubes, mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook slowly 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over rice.
