Medium White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Put margarine in a 1-quart casserole.
Microwave at High until melted.
Stir in flour and salt.
Blend in milk.
Microwave on High until thickened, 3 to 6
minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking.
