Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped dates
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet.
Add rest of the ingredients.
Cook and stir until thick about 10 minutes on low heat.
Remove pan.
Add 2 cups rice cereal and 1 cup chopped nuts.
Butter hands and roll dough in balls the size of a walnut.
Roll in coconut.
Place on wax paper to set.
