Chicken In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    skinless, boneless chicken breasts (one per serving)
    orange juice
    basil and/or rosemary (one or both)
    green onion
    dried apricots
    pepper and salt (optional)
Preparation
    For each individual serving of chicken, arrange on a large piece of aluminum foil:
    chicken breast and 1 tablespoon orange juice.
    Sprinkle generously with rosemary and/or basil.
    Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
    Place 3 to 5 chopped (cut with kitchen shears) apricots.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
