Excellent Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. eye of the round roast
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 c. red wine
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    4 potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 can beef broth
Preparation
    Roll roast in flour and brown on all sides in oil in Dutch oven or heavy roaster.
    Add broth, wine, tomato paste, crushed garlic, carrots, celery and onion.
    Cook on top of stove 1 1/2 hours.
    Add potatoes and cook 1/2 hour more or until potatoes are done.
