Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. rounded sugar
    8 Tbsp. butter
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 c milk
    3 eggs, whites beaten separately
Preparation
    Sift and mix dry ingredients.
    Add milk and egg yolks which have been mixed together.
    Mix until batter is smooth and then add melted butter.
    Last, fold in carefully the stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Another tablespoon of sugar may be added to sweeten waffles as desired.
    Use waffle iron to cook.
    Butter as removed.
