Lefsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cold riced potatoes
    1 cube (1/2 c.) margarine, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
Preparation
    Boil peeled potatoes in salted water.
    Rice the ptoatoes, whole hot, in flat pan.
    Cover and refrigerate.
