Spicy Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 10 lb. sirloin tip or rump roast *
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    Swiss or Provolone cheese (optional)
Preparation
    *Makes enough for a large crowd.
    Use lesser amounts of spice for smaller roasts.
