Dilled Salmon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 1/2 slices)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and finely flaked
    packaged instant mashed potatoes (to equal 4 servings)
    1 egg
    Dill Sauce
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, milk, the beaten egg, onion, butter or margarine and salt until crumbs are moistened. Add salmon and mix thoroughly. Turn into a greased 8-inch pie plate.
    Prepare instant potatoes according to package directions, omitting milk. Beat in the remaining egg.
    Spoon around edge of pie.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve wedges with warm Dill Sauce.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
