Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground chuck
    3 medium onions, chopped
    2 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    4 small cans tomato paste
    1 to 2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. black pepper
    4 bay leaves
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. white vinegar
    4 tsp. salt
    3 sauce cans of water
Preparation
    Cook 3 hours on low heat; stir often.
