Emerald Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 box lime Jell-O
    2 c. pineapple juice
    18 marshmallows
    1/2 pt. or more whipping cream
    1 1/2 to 2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 pt. or more cottage cheese
Preparation
    Melt Jell-O into 1 cup boiling water.
    Add 1 cup pineapple juice.
    Put mixture on low heat and add marshmallows, heat until dissolved.
    Let cool.
    When mixture begins to thicken remove and whip until it is smooth.
    Pour into bowl.
    Add pineapple and cottage cheese.
    Fold in whipped cream last.
