Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. oats (uncooked)
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
3/4 c. orange juice
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour bottom only of 9 x 5-inch bread pan.
Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and baking soda, mixing well.
Set aside.
Beat orange juice, eggs, oil and orange peel until mixed thoroughly.
Add to dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Pour into pan.
Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Cool completely.
