Saucy Skillet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Mazola margarine
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 potatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. crumbled bacon or bacon bits
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, peel them and slice them.
    In a large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
    Add onions; cook 2 or 3 minutes or until tender-crisp.
    Stir in mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until hot (do not boil). Sprinkle with parsley and bacon.
