Easter Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. flour
3 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick melted warm oleo
2 c. warm milk
1 cake yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water (add 1 tsp. sugar in yeast and water for quick action)
1 bottle anise extract
Preparation

Mix and let rise until doubled in bulk.
You may make loaves or twists or bread rings.
Let rise until doubled in bulk again, then bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
