Ground Beef And Tater Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen cut green beans, cooked and drained
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms and liquid
    salt and pepper
    Lea & Perrins sauce to taste
    2 c. prepared mashed potatoes
    1 can French fried onions
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Add beans, soup, mushrooms and seasonings. Put into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine mashed potatoes and half of the onions.
    Spoon potatoes around edge.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for\t25 minutes.
    Top
    potatoes
    with
    cheese
    and\tremaining onions. Bake
    5
    minutes
    longer
    or
    until cheese is melted. Serves 4 generously.
