Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 can beef broth or 3 bouillon cubes, in water
    1 c. sour cream
    cooked noodles
Preparation
    Cut steak into thick strips; dust with flour and pepper.
    In large skillet, brown meat in margarine or butter.
    Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; brown lightly.
    Stir in beef broth or cubes. Cover and cook about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Gradually stir in sour cream; cook over low heat 5 minutes.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
