Fast Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef (sirloin), cut in 1/4-inch pieces
    2 medium onions, cut in medium pieces
    2 medium green peppers, cut in medium pieces
    1 stick margarine
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    2 small cans mushroom pieces, drained
    juice of 2 lemons with pepper to taste
    Minute rice
Preparation
    In large frying pan, melt margarine.
    Add garlic, onions and peppers.
    Cook until onions are beginning to become tender.
    Add beef, lemon juice and pepper mixture.
    Cover and cook until beef is done.
    Cook 2 cups of Minute rice according to directions.
    Serve vegetables and meat over rice.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
