Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal with egg and buttermilk.
    Put oil in skillet and put in oven until oil is hot.
    Remove from the oven and pour about 2 tablespoons of oil in cornbread mixture.
    Pour into skillet and bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.
