Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 to 2 tsp. lemon rind

Preparation

Mix all and pour over baked mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
While warm, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
