Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Blend thoroughly in large mixing bowl.
    Put in 13-inch casserole dish.
    Top with 1 can French fried onions.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
