My Favorite Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. ground beef or deer
    3/4 c. salsa
    1 egg
    1/2 c. dry oats (or enough to take out excessive moisture)
Preparation
    By hand combine all ingredients.
    Then put in a large rectangle baking pan.
    Pat flat.
    Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Drain grease off.
    Then mix 3/4 c. brown sugar and enough salsa to glaze.
    Pour over meat and bake for 10 to 15 minutes longer or until glaze starts to get gummy.
