3-Cup Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oil, 2 eggs and water to equal 1 c.
Preparation
    Pour all in a mixing bowl; beat on high speed until batter is smooth.
    Pour into iron skillet that has been greased with margarine and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Loosen edges; turn out on plate.
