Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    6 bananas, mashed
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Grease and flour pans. Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and mashed bananas. Sift together the dry ingredients and combine with the liquid mixture. Do not overmix. Pour into 2 bread loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool and remove from pans.
