Potato Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

8 medium potatoes, boiled and whipped
1 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. onion salt
Preparation

Place in buttered casserole dish.
Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
